Moulding and Sheeting

Geothane polyurethane sheet and strip can be supplied to suit our customers specific requirements in various sizes, hardness, colour and thickness. Centrifugally or table cast sheets are available up to 3600mm x 1800mm, in any thickness of 1mm increments. A variety of holes, slots, shapes and inserts can also be incorporated within the product during the manufacturing process.

Geothane polyurethane can be bonded to metal, plastic, concrete and GRP substrates exhibiting high bond strengths and high load-bearing properties. Bond strengths are typically higher than the polyurethane’s own tensile strength.

Complex polyurethane moulded products can be designed and manufactured to meet all of our customers requirements within today’s market and these products can be of different hardnesses with inserts moulded or encapsulated during manufacture.
